Authorization of publication for authors

As a normal procedure to publish original works, a publisher usually requires a formal authorization from the authors. Please find here a copy of the form, which must be printed, filled with the main author personal data and signed, and sent it to the publisher:

Paper & Poster submission:

Full papers and posters are invited on all topics of the conference and related fields relevant to the conference scope.

Structure for paper & poster submission:

  • Title
  • Authors and authors affiliations, including postal and e-mail addresses
  • 3 to 5 keywords
  • Abstract limited to 500-1000 chars if a paper, 500-1000 words if a poster
  • Full text limited to a maximum of 12 A4 pages (papers only)
  • Short biographies (maximum of 100 words) of each author

Student authors wishing to participate in the best paper award competition must include the following footnote text in their papers "Candidate to the best student paper award" and provide information that ensures they are currently a graduate, master or doctoral student.

All papers and posters must be submitted in English.

The Proceedings (ISBN book and CD-ROM) will contain all the papers and posters (the extended abstracts) accepted for the conference.
