The participant registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks daily, the conference reception, the conference gala dinner and the conference proceedings.

The student registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks daily, the conference reception and the conference proceedings. Students are required to show a valid ID card at the registration desk, at the conference.

Tickets for the conference banquet will be on sale at the Registration Desk for accompanying persons and students.

In case of cancellation of registration before 30 of April refunds are subject to a 50 € processing fee Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your registration, please write an e-mail to ibergrid09@upv.es
