Exhibition:
There will be an opportunity for companies, research groups or projects
to present new results or demonstrations. Demonstrations and exhibits
will be offered throughout the conference in the exhibition area around
the conference rooms.

set-up day
Exhibitors set-up day will be May the 12th, beginning at 08:00.

Exhibitors
tear-down day
Exhibitors tear-down day will be Thursday May the 14th between 18:00
and 20:00.
Security
Security for the exhibition area will be
provided during the nights of May
the 12th and 13th from 18:00 until 09:00.
Insurance
Exhibitors are advised to insure all equipments.
Standard 6m² stand includes:
- One triple electrical supply
- Banner with the name of the exhibitor
- Furniture: one table and two chairs
- Wireless Internet connection
