The participant registration fee includes

Students
are required to show valid ID cards at the registration desk, during
the conference.
Tickets for the conference banquet will be
on sale at the Registration Desk for accompanying persons and students.
In case of cancellation of registration
refunds are subject to a 50 € processing fee and must be
received by the Registration and
Accomodation Department no latter than 2008 April 14.
Registration for Wednesday
Programme
Wednesday programme with focus on
the
importance of developing enabling e-infrastructures and virtual
organization services to support applications that anticipate, manage
or mitigate crisis situations and other problems related to environment
and security issues.
In the morning the focus will be on research and innovation strategies
for European Civil Protection Infrastructure and applications.
In the afternoon several sessions will bring to the arena topics such
as grid services for Earth Sciences, models and applications for Forest
Fire and Flood forecasting. Later there will be a presentation of a
selected Civil Protection application ported to the EGEE in the context
of project Cyclops, which will be followed by a live running
demonstration.
